• What are required documents for buying or renew Compulsory Motorcycle Insurance?

       
     

    Person:

     
    1. 1. Copy of vehicle registration.
    2. 2. ID card / Other ID card with ID number such as driving license, ID card of government officials, etc., for foreigners provide a passport or alien certificate or a document that issued by the government or government agency of one’s nationality or any a document issued by the Thai government.
       
     

    Juristic person:

     
    1. 1. Certificate of juristic person registration / corporate registration issued by the Registrar for not more than 6 months with seal (if any).  If registered outside Thailand, provide evidence of registration issued by credible organization not 6 months with seal (if any).
    2. 2. Taxpayer Identity Number (if applicable).
       
     

    For government agencies, government organizations or other governmental agencies that are juristic persons,
    required documents are:

     

    1. Letter of intention to make a transaction or authorization letter or a power of attorney.

       
     

    For motorcycle owners who cannot buy insurance by themselves can authorize other people to buy motorcycle insurance
    on their behalf, required documents are:

    2. 2. Taxpayer Identity Number (if applicable).
      1. 2.1 Authorization letter signed by grantor and authorized person with seal (if any)
      2. 2.2 Copy of ID card of grantor.
      3. 2.3 Copy of ID card of authorized person.
       
     

    For government agencies, government organizations or other governmental agencies that are juristic persons,
    required documents are:
